HOW TO RESERVE THE APARTMENT

We do not take credit cards for domestic bookings. This helps us to keep our rates as low as possible. Once you are ready to reserve the B&B, we will ask for a deposit check for either one night or two, depending on your length of stay. As soon as the check is in the mail we will enter your dates on the online calendar and take them out of circulation. When your check arrives we will send a confirmation e-mail for your records.

That's all there is to it!

If we do not receive your check within a reasonable length of time we will assume your plans have changed and will take the dates off the calendar. For international travelers we have a PayPal account for deposits only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel up to 3 weeks before your booking and receive a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee. If you cancel within three weeks of your reservation your deposit will only be refunded if the apartment is taken for all the dates you reserved.
