Welcome to The House on 3rd Street! We are a 4-story brownstone Bed and Breakfast located in the historic and picturesque Park Slope area of Brooklyn, New York. When staying here, guests occupy the entire "parlor" floor. Many enjoy the complete privacy that comes with being a guest here. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed; a double-size living room with a twin sized and double sized bed, a private bath, kitchenette and a deck that overlooks the backyard. The living space is approximately 700 square feet with 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling living room windows. 
The House on 3rd Street is completely air conditioned and comes equipped with a color TV. Guests are able to cook simple meals in the kitchenette area which includes a full size refrigerator, small microwave oven, a coffee pot, toaster, two burner hot plate and dishes! Breakfast is not provided.
The House on 3rd Street is located 40 minutes from Midtown and 20 minutes from lower Manhattan. We are also conveniently located close to both major New York airports, only about a 20-25 minute taxi ride
